Key-zone Terms and Conditions
These regulations define the rules for using the Key-zone.com service and the relationships between the User and the store owner. By using the services of the online store, the User confirms that they have read and accept the provisions of the regulations. By starting to use the online store, including by registering an account or making purchases, the User agrees to all the provisions of these regulations and other legal documents related to the use of the store, which may be updated periodically. If the User does not accept the regulations, they are obliged to immediately cease using the store. If the User uses the online store on behalf of a third party, including within the framework of business activities, they declare that they have the appropriate authorization or power of attorney to act on behalf of that third party and to accept these regulations on their behalf.
1. Definitions
In these Regulations, the following terms with specific meanings have been used.
a. “Account” means an account that Users can create to use the Online Store to access its Services.
b. “Additional Keys” means all digital Programs with additional or enhanced functionality, special weapons or characters, offline accounts, virtual currency, or subscriptions for access to content or services that can be utilized or accessed within a specific Program.
c. The terms “Agreement” and “Regulations” are used interchangeably and refer to the terms and notes contained in this document, as well as any references to it (including its periodic updates). They also include any other rules applicable on Key-zone.com, including the Key-zone.com Privacy Policy and any guidelines and procedures published from time to time in the Online Store.
d. “Buyer” means a person who contacts, engages with, and/or intends to purchase a Program sold by the Seller through the Online Store.
e. “CD Key” means a serial number or code used to register and activate a specific Program, which will be provided to you in the Order Confirmation after the correct payment of the Program Price has been made.
f. “Key-zone.com Content” means any materials (including but not limited to: the name, trademark, and logo of Key-zone.com; all information regarding Key-zone.com and its employees; any text, correspondence, images, graphics, applications, video recordings, audio recordings, sounds, designs, features, and other elements) created by or owned by Key-zone.com.

h. “Order Confirmation” means any written or electronic order confirmations sent by Key-zone.com to Buyers regarding the offered products. The Order Confirmation may include, among other things: product key, program price, payment terms, program details, publisher and developer data, and other specific terms.
i. “Content” may include any materials published, created, promoted, or displayed in the Online Store, including but not limited to: details about programs, texts, correspondence, graphics, software, applications, video recordings, audio recordings, sounds, company logos, images, designs, features, user reviews, and other available materials. Content also includes user content that may be submitted by them to use Key-zone.com services.
j. “Online Store” means the Key-zone.com platform, along with all online tools available on it, processed and/or maintained by Key-zone.com (including but not limited to: the Key-zone.com website located at https://key-zone.com; all its subpages and subdomains related to https://key-zone.com; as well as any associated domains and mobile applications that enable access to services or their delivery).
k. “Privacy Policy” refers to the privacy protection principles applied by Key-zone.com in connection with the use of the Online Store, available at https://key-zone.com/privacy-policy.
l. “Program” means all digital games and virtual accounts, software (both business and consumer), and associated digital products, such as content, add-ons, and keys, as well as services available through the Online Store. Programs also include Buyer software used to access the Program, its documentation, advertisements, services, technologies, content, data, and other digital materials included in the Program or created using it (including after download or first access), as well as any updates, changes, and new versions of the Program.
m. “Program Price” means the total amount indicated in the Order Confirmation that Key-zone.com charges Buyers for the purchase of the Program.
n. “Seller” refers to the individual or company that collaborates, participates, and/or plans to sell Programs through the Online Store. The Seller may also be the publisher and/or creator of the Program.
o. “Seller Services” means any services provided by the Seller in connection with the Program, including but not limited to the delivery of the Program and any other technical services and customer support offered by the Seller in accordance with the Seller Agreement.
p. “Seller Agreement” refers to the Seller's regulations and/or the agreement entered into between the Buyer and the Seller that formalizes their mutual arrangements. This agreement specifies the key terms of cooperation, such as the end-user license, specific to the given Program.
q. “Service” means online and/or offline services provided by Key-zone.com to deliver and use technology developed by Key-zone.com, which enables Buyers to access various Programs, Sellers, and Seller Services. The Services also include access to the Key-zone.com online community, communication tools, and payment services.
r. “Third-Party Content” refers to any materials that belong to or originate from entities other than Key-zone.com, Sellers, and Buyers.
s. “User Content” means any materials, both textual and otherwise, that have been created, submitted, generated, promoted, or displayed in the Online Store by Users using the platform. User Content includes, among other things, texts, correspondence, photographs, and images.
t. “User,” “You,” and “Your” collectively refer to the individual, company, or organization visiting or using the Online Store and/or Services. The User may be a Guest of Key-zone.com, an Account holder, or a Seller.
2. About Key-zone.com and the Online Store
2.1 Key-zone.com is an online platform that connects Buyers with Sellers, allowing them to sell and purchase various Programs. The Online Store offers access to a wide range of Programs and facilitates transactions between Sellers and Buyers.
2.2 From time to time, various promotions may be offered in the Online Store, such as sales or prize campaigns. Key-zone.com reserves the right to modify or terminate such promotions at any time without prior notice.
2.3 The Online Store may not be available in your country, and Key-zone.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or completely or partially close the Online Store at any time without prior notice.
3. Changes to the Regulations
3.1 You agree that Key-zone.com may make changes to the Agreement from time to time at its discretion. Although we will make every effort to inform you of any modifications to the Agreement, we are not obligated to provide prior notifications of such changes.
3.2 In the event of any amendments or changes to this Agreement, we will post an updated version on a dedicated page in our Online Store. Your continued use of the Online Store and/or Services after the publication of the modified version of the Agreement will be considered as acceptance of its provisions.
3.3 You agree and commit to regularly reviewing our Regulations each time you visit the Online Store and/or before using any Services. If you do not accept our Regulations, which may be updated periodically, you agree to immediately cease using our Online Store and/or Services.
4. Eligibility, Account Registration, and Security Checks
4.1 To use our Services, it may be necessary to create a personal Account using your name and email address. Users also have the option to purchase an Account using existing Google or Facebook accounts or as a Guest. Each Account should have a unique username and password.
4.2 Each user is responsible for the security of their Account and for all activities undertaken within it. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your Account information up to date. You may not share your password with third parties who are not associated with you. You agree to promptly inform Key-zone.com of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other situations that may compromise its security. You are fully responsible for any use of your password, Account, and username, regardless of whether such actions were taken by you or by others. We have the right to act in accordance with instructions received via your Account, and we are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from your failure to comply with these rules.
4.3 Your Account, along with all related information (such as contact details, payment information, CD Key details, Account history, etc.), is intended solely for your use. You may not sell or charge others for access to your Account, nor may you transfer your Account in any other way, unless this Agreement expressly allows it.
4.4 By creating an Account or using the Online Store, you agree to be contacted regarding your interest in our services via email, phone, or other contact details you have chosen to provide. Users who do not wish to receive offers from us may inform us at any time using one of the contact methods listed in the “Contact Us” section of the Online Store.
4.5 All Buyers are required to verify their phone number using our automated verification system to access purchased Programs. All information provided during this process will be subject to the Privacy Policy. The numbers provided will be used solely for identity verification purposes and will not be used for any marketing activities. We reserve the right to request additional information from the Buyer, such as a copy of a valid ID, to verify their identity and to cancel or refund any order that we consider suspicious. The use of VPNs, proxies, VoIP numbers, or other methods that conceal the true location of the Buyer may lead to delays, additional identity verification, and potential order cancellation. The phone number provided by the Buyer may be subject to geolocation verification to confirm the authenticity of the order. All location data will be stored for 24 hours and will then be deleted from the Key-zone.com system.
4.6 We reserve the right to suspend or close your Account at any time, including in situations where User Content or information provided during registration or later proves to be incomplete, false, or misleading. We may also take such actions to reclaim any username that was created in violation of this Agreement.
5. User Conduct and Restrictions
5.1 You agree and acknowledge that all Programs available in our online store are distributed in digital form. You will not receive any physical boxes or DVD discs. After purchasing a Program, you will receive a fully functional electronic CD key. You understand that upon receiving the invoice for the CD key, you must activate the Program on the appropriate platform, such as Steam, Origin, Uplay, or another.
5.2 The unique Key-zone.com system allows for the immediate and automatic allocation of CD keys. After making the payment for the Program Price and passing the security check, the CD key will be made available on your Account and sent to the appropriate email address. Key-zone.com is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the loss, theft of CD keys, or their use without our consent.
5.3 Some Programs available in the Online Store may have specific usage rules. For example, after purchasing a Program, you may be limited to downloading and/or using it in the following ways: (i) solely in your country of residence; (ii) only on the Account from which the purchase was made; (iii) only for a limited time or during specific time frames; (iv) on certain compatible computer systems and/or devices; and (v) in relation to a specified number of compatible devices linked to the Account from which the purchase was made.
5.4 You have the right to use the Programs solely for personal purposes; however, you may not: (i) sell, profit from, or transfer copies of the Programs to other platforms in any way, nor rent, lease, or license these Programs to third parties without the prior written consent of the Seller, unless other provisions of this Agreement (or the Seller Agreement) expressly allow it; or (ii) use the Programs or any parts thereof for commercial purposes unless other provisions of this Agreement (or the Seller Agreement) expressly permit it.
5.5 We reserve the right, at our discretion, to assess whether any User behavior is appropriate and meets the conditions of this Regulation. You agree that we may terminate or revoke access to (i.e., use of) any Account and/or services for any reason, with or without prior notice.
6. Programs
6.1 Upon payment for the Program, you have the right to download and access a copy of this Program for personal use. The responsibility for ensuring that your device meets the minimum system requirements needed to use the Program rests with the Buyer. This should be verified before making a purchase, including all requirements listed on the Program details page in the Online Store. Some Programs may require the entry of a license key, if available, to install or activate the Program.
6.2 The Buyer is responsible for any charges related to internet access or any other type of connection incurred in connection with downloading, accessing the Online Store, or using any Program, including free trial versions.
6.3 Add-on keys may have various usage restrictions, access limitations, and other aspects specified on the Add-on Program details page in the Online Store or otherwise presented in this Agreement. Some Add-on keys are intended for one-time use, such as virtual currency, meaning they can be downloaded only once and used exclusively on one device. If you purchase an Add-on Program that is subscription-based or part of a free trial subscription, and you do not set the option for automatic renewal of the subscription, we reserve the right to automatically renew this subscription at the standard price using the saved payment method.
6.4 After purchasing the Program and once it is made available by us or the Seller, you are responsible for downloading (if necessary) and ensuring access to this Program, including obtaining license keys if required. You also assume the risk of potential loss of the Program, including loss due to computer failure or hard drive failure. If you encounter any issues downloading the Program or accessing it, please contact Key-Zone customer support at support@lightgreen-mosquito-282300.hostingersite.com for assistance.
6.5 We reserve the right to assign ratings and establish age restrictions for Programs provided by Sellers and other entities. While we require Sellers to provide accurate information regarding the content of their Programs, we cannot guarantee that the ratings are precise or that the Programs are free from content that may be deemed offensive, obscene, or inappropriate. We are not responsible for any content in Programs that you may perceive as offensive, obscene, or inappropriate.
7. User Content
7.1 We are not responsible for any misrepresentation or misuse of User Content. You bear full responsibility for any materials that you post, upload, link to, or otherwise make available in the Online Store using the Services. You acknowledge that you are responsible for any damages and losses that may arise from such User Content. You agree to indemnify us and third parties against any claims, liabilities, damages, and losses that may arise in connection with this User Content.
7.2 From time to time, Buyers may add reviews regarding Sellers and/or Programs. However, please note that these reviews do not constitute guarantees or forecasts regarding future Services of the Seller and/or Programs. Key-zone.com is not responsible for the publication of such reviews and has the right to remove them at any time at its discretion. Any reviews you encounter in the Online Store are solely your responsibility, and reliance on them is at your own risk.
7.3 All content posted in the Online Store, including blog posts or reviews, is for informational purposes only and does not guarantee its truthfulness, correctness, or accuracy.
7.4 The User represents and warrants that they have the right to publish all User Content they submit. In particular, Users guarantee that they comply with all licenses related to User Content (if applicable) and that they have taken all necessary steps to provide end users with all required terms.
7.5 Users agree that Key-zone.com has the right to review and monitor all User Content at its discretion. Key-zone.com may evaluate whether any User Content is appropriate and complies with the terms of the Regulations and has the right to reject or remove any User Content that, in Key-zone.com’s reasonable judgment, violates any platform rules or is otherwise harmful, inappropriate, or questionable. Additionally, you agree that Key-zone.com has the right to format, edit, and make other changes to User Content and how that Content is displayed in the Online Store.
7.6 In addition to Content provided by Key-zone.com, we do not claim any rights to any Content that you publish, upload, or link to. You retain full rights, control, and responsibility for the User Content you post. By publishing any materials, including photos, videos, recordings, logos, and reviews in the Online Store, you grant Key-zone.com and our successors a global, licensed, fully paid, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, copy, display, modify, adapt, and distribute this Content as part of Key-zone.com’s business and marketing activities.
8. Payments
8.1 Buyers agree to pay the Price of the Program at key-zone.com in accordance with the Order Confirmation. Buyers are responsible for providing appropriate payment methods such as MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Skrill, Alipay, Apple Pay, etc.
8.2 Buyers acknowledge and confirm that the Price of the Program (or part of it) is non-refundable.
8.3 Buyers agree and confirm that key-zone.com has the right to delay or reject the purchase of any Program for any reason. There may be restrictions on the quantity and value of Programs that can be purchased through the Online Store.
8.4 Refunds are offered at our discretion, and each refund request is considered on a case-by-case basis. We strive to provide refunds where possible; however, it is important to note that games that have already been launched or keys that have been activated are not eligible for a refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the moment the key is delivered by the Seller to the Buyer.
8.5 If payment was made using PayPal, Checkout, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc., and more than 120 days have passed since the transaction, we will not be able to refund the funds using the same payment method due to restrictions from the providers. In this situation, a refund may be issued in the form of a gift card or Key-coins, provided that all other terms of the regulations are met and that the refund has been accepted.
8.6 Buyers represent that they meet the age requirements for purchasing and content of the game and that they have the cardholder's consent for the payment card or other payment method to make the transaction.
8.7 If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service by submitting a request through the appropriate form on our website.
9. Pre-Order
9.1 Buyers have the option to place orders for programs available for pre-order through the Online Store. They acknowledge and agree that payment for such a program is required at the time of placing the order, while access to the program will be provided on the date specified on the store’s website.
9.2 Key-zone.com will make efforts to deliver CD keys for programs ordered in pre-order before the official release date specified in the Online Store; however, it cannot guarantee that these keys will be available before that date. Key-zone.com is not responsible for any delays or connection issues that may affect the delivery of programs purchased in pre-order. Delivery of CD keys will only be possible if they are provided by suppliers.
9.3 Buyers acknowledge that the price of the program ordered in pre-order may change. They also agree that the sale of the program in pre-order may be terminated for any reason, and in such a case, the full amount paid for the pre-order program will be refunded by the Seller.
9.4 If payment was made using PayPal, Checkout, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc., and more than 120 days have passed since the transaction, we will not be able to refund the funds using the same payment method due to restrictions from the providers. In this situation, a refund may be issued in the form of a gift card or Key-coins, provided that all other terms of the regulations are met and that the refund has been accepted.
9.5 Key-zone.com will make every effort to ensure that any bonus content related to pre-order purchases is included with the product, provided that it has been listed in the product description. However, there may be situations where bonus content is available only while supplies last and is not guaranteed. Customers who pre-order are advised to regularly check their order page to ensure they receive bonus content when keys become available.
10. Third-Party Content
10.1 As part of the services provided, Key-zone.com may provide you with links to third-party platforms and other content provided by those entities. These links are provided solely as a convenience, and we do not have control over these platforms or the content, materials, information, products, or services promoted there. We are not responsible for any third-party content that you access through our online store. By choosing to leave the online store and access external third-party content, you do so at your own risk, and please note that our policies and regulations no longer apply there.
10.2 For clarity, this Agreement does not authorize you to distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, share, modify, or use in any way Third-Party Content.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 Key-zone.com retains all rights to all forms of intellectual property associated with Key-zone.com, the Online Store, and the Services, including applicable copyrights, patents, trademarks, and other ownership rights. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the Online Store and Services may belong to other entities. This agreement does not transfer to you any intellectual property rights of Key-zone.com or third parties, and all rights, titles, and interests in this property remain solely our property. We reserve all rights not expressly granted in this Agreement.
11.2 In particular, Key-zone.com, www.key-zone.com, and all trademarks that appear, are displayed, or are used in the Online Store as part of the Services are registered trademarks of Key-zone.com. They may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, used, modified, or distributed in any way without prior written permission from Key-zone.com.
11.3 If you believe that any material available on the site or linked to from Key-zone.com infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please inform us. In appropriate circumstances, we will remove the user's access to the Online Store and the ability to use it if the user is deemed to be a person who repeatedly infringes the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of Key-zone.com or other entities without the required rights and permissions.
12. Email Communication
12.1 We use emails and electronic forms of communication with our users. You agree and understand that we may send emails regarding our future services and program updates. Users who do not wish to receive offers and information about updates from us can notify us at any time using one of the contact methods listed in the "Contact Us" section.
12.2 As part of the agreement, users (i) agree to receive messages from Key-Zone.com electronically at the email address they provided or through the Online Store; (ii) confirm that all regulations, agreements, notices, statements, and other communications sent electronically by Key-Zone.com meet the legal requirements for communications as if they were delivered in written form or traditional mail; (iii) notwithstanding points 12.2(i) and 12.2(ii), users agree to comply with the provisions of point 16.5 for all purposes related to notifications.
13. Termination
13.1 If you wish to terminate this agreement, simply stop using the services of Key-Zone.com. If you want to delete your account data, please contact Key-Zone.com at support@lightgreen-mosquito-282300.hostingersite.com. We retain your information and use it as necessary to comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. We will remove your full profile (if applicable) as soon as possible.
13.2 Your rights under this agreement will automatically terminate, without prior notice and without refunding any fees, if you fail to comply with the provisions of this agreement.
13.3 All provisions of this agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including, without limitation, provisions regarding ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liability.
14. Warranty Disclaimers
14.1 We make no representations or warranties that the information we provide or that is transmitted through the Service is accurate, reliable, or correct; that the Service, the Service Provider, or the Program will meet your needs; that the Service will be available at any time or location; that the Service will operate without interruptions or be secure; that any defects or errors will be corrected; or that the Service will be free of viruses or other harmful components. You assume full responsibility and risk for any losses resulting from your use of information, content, or other materials obtained from the Provider or the Service.
14.2 You are solely responsible for any communication and interactions with other Users and with any individuals you contact or interact with in connection with your use of the Services. You understand that key-zone.com has no obligation to assess or verify the Provider or its Services and that key-zone.com will not undertake any attempts to confirm the information presented by the Provider.
14.3 key-zone.com makes no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the Providers and Programs, and disclaims all available warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. key-zone.com has no control over and does not guarantee: the existence, quality, safety, or legality of any Programs or Services offered by Providers; the truth or accuracy of any information regarding the Program; the Provider’s ability to provide its Services; or that the Provider’s Services will be available at any time and place. key-zone.com does not guarantee that any Provider Services available in the Online Store will meet the Buyer’s requirements. You agree to take reasonable precautions when communicating and interacting with other Users and individuals you encounter in connection with your use of the Services.
15. Disclaimer of Liability
15.1 Users agree to indemnify key-zone.com from any liability and hold it harmless from any claims, demands, actions, losses, damages, accusations, third-party liabilities, costs, and expenses that may arise from: (i) Users' use of the Online Store and Services or violation of this Agreement; (ii) any injuries, accidents, health issues, property damage, loss of profits, or reputation that may occur in connection with the use of any Service, Service Provider, and/or Program; (iii) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in User Content and information available on or through the Online Store; (iv) any errors, viruses, trojan horses, or similar issues that may be transmitted by the User to or through the Online Store; (v) any disputes, conflicts, or misunderstandings between the Buyer and the Seller or third parties related to any Services provided by Sellers or Programs.
15.2 In the event of discussions with another User, you release key-zone.com from any liability for claims, demands, and damages (both actual and consequential) or losses of any kind that may arise in connection with such disputes.
15.3 Buyers agree that key-zone.com and any Seller have the right to bring and pursue claims against any Buyers concerning all claims, demands, actions, losses, damages, penalties, liabilities, costs, and expenses that may be incurred by key-zone.com and/or Sellers, both directly and indirectly, as a result of the Buyer’s use of any Service and/or Program.
15.4 You agree that in no event shall key-zone.com be liable to you or any third party for any damages or losses arising from: (i) the failure, interruption, or disruption of any service related to access to the Online Store or Services, whether provided by key-zone.com or third parties; (ii) the quality, accuracy, timeliness, reliability, security, functioning of the Seller, Seller’s Services, Program, and Online Store, as well as delays, breaches, omissions, or interruptions in the delivery of any Services, Programs, or Seller’s Services; (iii) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in any Content, Program, and information available on or through the Online Store; (iv) unauthorized access to or use of our servers and any personal information stored there, as well as any interruptions in transmission to or from our servers and errors, viruses, trojan horses, or similar issues that may be transmitted to or through the Online Store by any third parties; (v) any failures or delays in completing transactions through the Online Store and/or Services; (vi) any disputes, conflicts, and misunderstandings between the Seller and the Buyer or between third parties in relation to any Services, Seller’s Services, or Programs; (vii) any returns, loss of profits, loss of business reputation (whether direct or indirect), and any injuries, accidents, property damage, or health issues that may occur as a result of using any Seller’s Services and Program; and (viii) violations of intellectual property that may arise from using the Program and/or Seller’s Services.
16. Miscellaneous
16.1 Governing Law: This agreement between you and key-zone.com and all matters related to access to or use of the Online Store and/or Services shall be governed by Polish law. Any disputes that may arise between the User and key-zone.com regarding the interpretation and execution of this agreement will be attempted to be resolved amicably. In the absence of an agreement, the competent authority for resolving such disputes will be the Courts in Poland.
16.2 Termination of Agreement: If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that part will be interpreted in a way that best reflects the original intentions of the parties. The remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Any failure by key-zone.com to enforce any of the provisions of this Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of our rights to enforce them at a later date. Rights granted to us under this Agreement remain in effect after its termination.
16.3 Assignment: key-zone.com reserves the right to assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these regulations and/or the Privacy Policy in whole or in part to any person or entity at any time, with or without your consent. However, you may not transfer any of your rights or obligations arising from these regulations or the Privacy Policy without the prior written consent of key-zone.com. Any unauthorized transfers made by you will be considered null and void.
16.4 User Notifications: Information, statements, notifications, or other forms of communication may be sent by key-zone.com to Users at the email address provided in their Account. All forms of communication and notifications shall be deemed properly delivered to the User when sent electronically by key-zone.com to the email address registered in the User Account.
16.5 key-zone.com Notifications: Information, statements, notifications, and other forms of communication may be sent by Users to key-zone.com at the email address info@lightgreen-mosquito-282300.hostingersite.com. All forms of communication and notifications shall be deemed properly received by key-zone.com when sent electronically to the address info@lightgreen-mosquito-282300.hostingersite.com.
16.6 Gender Neutrality: Where the context requires, any references in the singular apply also to the plural and vice versa. The use of any grammatical gender encompasses both genders. Terms such as "including," "hereby," and "further" refer to the entire Agreement and not just to individual provisions or sections.
You confirm that you have read the content of these Terms, understood it, and accept its provisions.
